High power wetting agent used in desiging bath, dyeing of hosiery,finishing liquor doses – 1- 2 gpl

CLF is a scouring agent suitable for 100% cotton alkaline scouring apart from detergency CLF has got another special
properties like high dispersing protective collide and anti encrustation properties. That helps to emulsify the waxes dirt and impurities from the cloth. The beauty of the product lies in the retarding effect that holds and keeps the dirt, emulsified waxes and impurities in the liquor and prevents it to redeposit on to fabric resulting in clean & whiter cloth in comparison to conventional products. Thus CLF saves time, energy & advantage is the enhanced whiteness Doses in jigar & jet m/c are 0.6 to 0.8% on the weight of cloth in combination of NaOH 3 to 4% on the weight of cloth at boiling up to 2 hours approx as per the light & heavy cloth.

Prevents hole formation on bleaching. IMC prevents the fabric by hydrogen peroxide catalatical reaction between iron-copper, manganese, with peroxide. That creates damage to cloth, metals are generally present in water & cloth it self. Doses – 1 to 3 gpl

Stabilizer AWN stabilizes the hydrogen peroxide in alkaline bleach bath. So it controls the decomposition of hydrogen
peroxide and keeps the H2O2 in bath for longer time & allow it to liberate oxygen required during process time for even bleaching. Doses 30% on the weight of hydrogen peroxide used.

It is a solvent based stain remover tailor maid to meet the requirement of our clients. It works as oil stain remover from cotton & pc. pv. Blends in scouring both. Doses 1 – 4 gpl as per sevier ness of stains.

Specialty alkaline scouring assistant developed for cotton embroidery goods by adding 1 to 2% per Lit. in alkaline scour bath removes the contamination of oil stains & dirty soil deposited on the embroidery yarn & fabric.
