As a dye fixing accelator to be added in printing paste. That increases the color value during the fixation of prints in loop steamer at 170°c to 175°c 10 to 12 min dwell time. Do not retard the dye if added over the recommended strength
PAF is an anti forthing and leveling agent for disperse & reactive printing paste. While printing the mechanical agitation of squeeze the printing paste become foamy and looses its consistency required for sharp clear and level prints. Results in foggy and patchy unleveled print. Addition of 0.5 to 1.5% on the weight of printing paste solves the problem.
Super clear TC is blending of suitable Eo product used in brossow printing paste in spite of all precautions taken, the
burnt out portion, remains blackish brown and become very difficult to clean it white in washing. Where as addition of super clear TC 1 to 2% in brossow printing paste will keep the printed area clean white during washing.
